snow & sunshine!

Beautiful winter day today!

Sunshine, blue sky, balmy temps (38!), and happy, boot-free dogs.

We made good use of all the paths I shoveled.   Jeff changed out the battery in my car, shoveled the snow off the gutters, and started up his motorcycles.  Vroom, vroom....

Perfect day before I have to head back to work tomorrow, after a two week break.  I feel as though I haven't seen my students in FOREVER!    I hope I left my desk nice and tidy.

You have nice weather. It's 39 here and cloudy rainy. Yuck!

Looks like your dogs really enjoy the snow, and love getting snowflakes in their faces! How lucky you are to have such a beautiful, white winter.

We hit a balmy 51 at about 11 and then by 1 o'clock it had dropped to 29 and all the rain we had all morning has already frozen. We were hoping for some snow but it looks like it will miss us and we are just getting the cold. Only 10 degrees tomorrow they are saying. Can we come and play in your yard?

Great snow pictures.

You did a great job shoveling all the running paths! I guess I should do that in the back yard for some short dog that lives here.

Do you think you'll have school tomorrow? Almost all schools are closed here for tomorrow and probably Tuesday as well due to the snow and the cold coming in.

Work, however, is not cancelled. Sigh.

Dog Dad makes us a path like that, too. It makes chasing so much fun.

Great shots of the happy dogs!

Hope you had a good day at school! I wonder whether the students feel the same as you :)
