For quite some time, I've been working on teaching Chewy to say his "prayers". Tried having him prop his front paws up on my leg, and luring his head down with a treat for the longest time, but he just didn't get it.
One day, I decided to try having him put his paws up on my arm while he was in a "beg" position, and he started bowing his head down a bit on his own. I was then able to shape his head between his paws. He learned it in two sessions! Funny how if you change just one little thing, it can help them out.
Now, he's doing it with his paws on my leg. All we have left is to gain some duration!
